Open door policy
We believe in open communication between all levels of the team. We encourage workers to approach other team members with questions, suggestions, challenges and complaints.
Office hours
Office hours are times in the week where members of the leadership team make themselves available to answer questions, address issues, and discuss topics. These are typically held as ad hoc virtual meetings booked in advance, which may be attended by individuals or a group.
